Things have been moving right along here at the Ricci household. We are about 6 weeks away from meeting our little girl. This past weekend My awesome Friends Robyn and Lisa along with my moms best friend and a dear friend to me Linda, and my wonderful sister in law Melissa threw me an awesome shower! I had a blast. Now, I don't usually like to be in the center of attention... I pretty much made Melissa sit next to me while I open gifts.. but It was a wonderful time. Each and every person there was very special to me.

Today I had my 34 week check up, the baby and I are doing great! She is measuring on schedule and her heart sounds great. I am feeling pretty good considering. Although if you ask Marcus, I have been a little more cranky, God Bless my husband for dealing with my ever changing moods.
Christmas was very different this year, without my Grandmom, things were just a little more subdued. We gathered at our house for breakfast, spent the afternoon relaxing, and went to Grandpop's for dinner. After dinner we headed over to Marcus's mothers for some dessert.

New Years Eve was very quiet. Marcus and I headed out to dinner, and then just came home and relaxed. On New Years Day the family came over for some pork and sauerkraut. We had a good New Years and we are looking forward to a great year! My birthday came and went in the beginning of January, Marcus bought me some beautiful flowers!

And now as we head into February, we will be preparing the nursery, and buying up everything we need for this little bundle of joy.
